Connect Lawstronaut to Claude
Add Lawstronaut as a custom remote connector in Claude Desktop or Claude.ai. Available on all Claude plans (Free plans are limited to one custom connector). First, generate an OAuth credential (Client ID + Secret) in the Developer Portal.
Free, Pro, and Max plans
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click +, then Add custom connector.
Paste https://mcp.lawstronaut.com, name it “Lawstronaut”, enter your Client ID + Secret under Advanced settings, and click Add.
Approve the OAuth prompt in your browser.
In any chat, click + → Connectors and toggle on Lawstronaut.
Team and Enterprise plans
Only an Owner or Primary Owner can add the connector for the organization. Each member then connects individually.
Owner: go to Organization settings → Connectors → Add, hover over Custom, select Web, paste https://mcp.lawstronaut.com, and enter the Client ID + Secret under Advanced settings.
Members: go to Customize → Connectors, click Connect on Lawstronaut, then enable it in a chat via + → Connectors.
Test your connection
Ask Claude: “What’s the current statute of limitations for breach of contract in California? Cite the source.”
